The brief

One platform for a connected transportation ecosystem.

We reimagined how Wabash sells and services its equipment. Stakeholder and customer interviews, persona development, journey mapping, prototyping, and user testing shaped an intuitive experience, then we built it on Adobe Commerce, integrated with existing ordering systems and complex pricing models.

The experience

Service, from alert to done.

When a trailer flags an issue, the app guides the customer from alert to scheduling to confirmation, while technicians get full service details, parts, and telematics in one place.

Commerce & fleet

Buy, customize, and manage the fleet.

Flexible plans, guided customization, in-app quotes with e-signature, and a parts marketplace, plus a fleet dashboard that keeps status, assignments, and service all in view.
